Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Neonates within 48 hours of life admitted to NICU are included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.NEONATES WITH CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS INCOMPATIBLE WITH LIFE 2.OUTBORN NEONATES WHERE APGAR SCORES ARE NOT KNOWN
