Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Treatment naïve patients of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Cancer, who have been planned for upfront surgery. 2)Patients with acceptable performance status (ECOG 0-2) and good cognitive function who can comprehend the assessment tool (NCCN Distress Thermometer). 3)Those who give consent to take part in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with prior Psychiatric illness/disorder 2)Patients with recurrent HNSCC or second primary in HN Does not include vulnerable subjects.
