Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elective surgery lasting less than four hours American society of anaesthesiology grade 1 and 2 patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: obesity BMI >30 anticipated difficult airway. laparoscopic surgeries Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease known latex allergy. patients at risk of aspiration pregnancy
