Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with chronic unilateral shoulder pain with duration of >=3 months 2.intensity >=3 VAS 3. myofascial trigger points in upper trapezius

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with- 1) adhesive capulities with more than 50% reduction in ROM 2) complete rotator cuff tear 3) neck pain with radiating symptoms 4) post-operated condition 5) acute traumatic injury around shoulder complex 6) systemic musculoskeletal pain
