Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients aged 18 years to 70 years. 2. Patients with suspected intracranial injury 3. Patients with clinically suspected elevated intracranial pressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years and aged above 70 years 2. Patients with obvious ocular trauma. 3. Attendants/guardian refusing to give consent.
