Intervention1: Administration of desmopressin prior to renal biopsies: 150 mcg of desmopressin administered intranasally 1 hr prior to renal biopsy in patients with serum creatinine more than 1.5 mg/d

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to hospital for renal biopsy who have a serum creatinine value > 1.5 mg/dl No h/o coronary artery disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serum creatinine h/o coronary artery disease
