Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of class II div I or bimaxillary protusion requiring bilateral 1st premolar extraction Age 15 to 25 Erupted canines, premolars and 1st molars No significant medical history or medication that would adversely affect the development of teeth or tooth movement Positive informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non compliant patient with inability to maintain oral hygiene history of any drug intake Previous orthodontic treatment Not wiling for informed consent
