Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: NURSING PERSONNEL WHO ARE BETWEEN THE AGE GROUP OF 35- 45 YEARS AND WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED MENOPAUSE
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: NURSING PERSONNEL WHO ARE ON HORMONAL THERAPY NURSING PERSONAL WHO HAD UNDERWENT HYSTERECTOMY
