Intervention1: community dwelling elderly: Intervention- Group A-Community dwelling elderly population of age group between 60-80 years were given Modified wall Suryanamaskar training for 4 days/week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Independently ambulatory elderly population (subject scoring 4-5 on functional ambulation classification scale)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any associated neurological problems. 2.Uncorrected visual problems. 3.Uncontrolled hypertension (160/100 with medication). 4.Uncontrolled Diabetes ( >200mg/dl). 5.Any medical or surgical conditions. 6.Elderly who does balance exercise(Yoga, Tai-chi,Pilate )
