Inclusion criteria: Clinicians involved in enrollment of the beneficiary under Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Doctors and paramedical staff not directly involved in providing benefit MJPJAY to eligible families. 2.Specialty doctors not willing to participate in the study
