Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All hypertensive patients on regular treatment with controlled blood pressure ( 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists grade II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with hearing problem 2.Those who can’t understand Guajarati, Hindi or English language 3.Patients with history of psychiatric illness 4.Patients not willing to do relaxation
