Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II patients between 20-50 years of age of either sex with BMI <= 30 kg/meter square who posted for elective forearm orthopedic surgery in supine position of more than one hour duration
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychological disorders, coagulopathies,known allergy to local anaesthetics, infection at the puncture site, neuropathy, nerve injury and opioid dependence
