To see the results in terms of kidney function and rate of infections in renal transplant patients with different doses of immunosuppression (single dose of 1.5mg/kg anti thymocyte globulin (ATG) vs three doses of 1mg/kg/day anti thymocyte globulin).

Inclusion criteria: HLA mismatch between allograft kidney recipient and donor Unrelated live donor Deceased donor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Graft Loss Live related donor Patient undergoing second renal transplant Renal graft biopsy shows calcineurin toxicity Pregnant Females
