Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients With ASA-1 And 2 Scheduled For Elective Middle Ear Surgeries Willing To Give Written And Informed Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients With History Of Smoking History Of Drug Or Alcohol Abuse Patients With Impaired Kidney Or Liver Function Patients Who Had Recieved Anti-Emetics Within 24 hrs Before Scheduled Surgery,Mensturating,Pregnant Or Lactating Women patients who had history of motion sickness and history of previous post-operative nausea and vomiting known allergy to study drug
