Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All children who presented with typical symptoms and signs of constipation 2. Children who presented with nonspecific symptoms like pain abdomen, excessive flatulence, blood streaked stools, nausea, vomiting and clinically suspected to have constipation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with order associated co-morbid conditions like cystic fibrosis, malabsorption, primary GI disorder 2. Children whose parents refuse to give consent
