Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All subjects both inpatients and outpatients above 18yrs of age of either gender with suspected ADR. 2.ADR(ocular and extraocular) due to ophthalmic drugs 3.Ocular ADR due to systemic drugs 4.Willingness to give written informed consent and available for follow up, if any.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Reactions due to over dosage of drugs. 2.Adverse drug reactions due to medicines of alternative systems like Ayurveda ,Homeopathy, Unani etc. 3.Reactions due to blood and blood products.
