Intervention1: Kidney and simultaneous radial forearm flap free full thickness skin graft from same brain dead donor will be harvested and transplanted to same end stage renal disease patient.: Kidney

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood group compatible and complement dependent cytotoxicity cross match negative patient undergoing deceased donor allograft transplant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous renal graft loss patient undergoing second transplant, pregnant females, renal allograft transplant from a live related donor.
