Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: redo CABG patients, weight <40kg, emergency cases, patients on ECMO support, impaired renal function, patient with low left ventricular ejection fraction

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Intra/perioperative observation of â?? pH, pO2, pCO2, K+, Na+, Ca2+, Hct/Hb, urine output, lactate, ABG report,extravascular lung water etc. Timepoint: peri and intra operatively (after cross clamp on and off)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
post-operatively observation of- EVLW, MAP, cardiac and pulmonary functions, icu stay etc. Timepoint: postoperatively, after 6,12 and 24hrs in ICU
