Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients of either gender aged > 18yrs 2 Head and neck cancer and breast patients with advanced skin involvement not suitable for conventional therapeutic treatments 3 Head and neck and breast cancer patients having recurrent disease where options of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy are exhausted and cannot be used 4 Patient refusing conventional modalities of treatment 5 Patients willing to consent for electrochemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with deranged renal functions 2 Patients with severe systemic disease 3 Patients with severe co-morbidity medically unfit to undergo procedure 4 Patients allergic to bleomycin/ cisplatin 5 Patients not willing to consent
