Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) APGAR score b) pH c) Clinical evidence of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) 24 hrs after birth (for outborn babies).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Preterm babies b) Neonates with congenital malformation c) Neonates with congenital myopathy
