Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers with Amavata

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Amavata with joint deformity and history more then 20 years or any other supportive disease (cancer,TB etc)

Based upon the outcome; Taila bindu pariksha can be used as a potential tool in diagnosing the presence of Ama.Timepoint: 2 days
