Health Condition 1: null- Patients with temporomandibular joint disorders and refractory to conservative management

Interventions

Intervention1: platelet rich plasma: 10 ml of blood collected from the patient is subjected to double centrifugation and 0.6ml of platelet rich plasma obtained is injected in to the temporomandubular

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pain, functional disability, and who have not responded to any of the conservative treatment were included in the study. 2. Patients of category ASA I & II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients on long term steroid therapy. 2.Patients on anticoagulants. 3.Patients with connective tissue disease disorders involving the joints, mentally challenged patients. 4.Patients of category ASA III & IV.
