Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I & II undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled blood pressure, DM Severe endocrine dysfunction Uncompensated cardiac valvular lesions, myocarditis, pronounced cardiac arrhythmia BMI >35kg/m2 Patients addicted to excessive use of alcohol, coal tar, tobacco and narcotic drugs And patients who refuse to participate in this study

VAS score and rescue analgesic (fentanyl) consumption via pca pumpTimepoint: VAS score and rescue analgesic (fentanyl) consumption via pca pump

MeasureTime frame
time of demand of first rescue analgesic dose, nausea and vomiting, sedation, respiratory depression , any episode of hypotension, bradycardia or any other side effect as a result of QL block or fentanyl useTimepoint: respiratory depression (less than 10/min), any episode of hypotension (decrease in MAP 10 percent of baseline value), bradycardia (less than 60/min)
