Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Professionals (doctor, or nurse, or counsellor, or psychologist, or social worker, or health worker) working at any cancer palliative care centre in Bengaluru. 2.Involved in direct patient care at cancer palliative care centre. 3.Work experience in palliative care for at least 6 months /or undergone any professional training program in palliative care. 4.Ability to read and write in English or Hindi language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those undergone any structured psychological intervention in past 1 year with respect to work stress.
