Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients diagnosed (previously, as well as new) with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. This includes cases from out-patient department, and in-patient admissions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women
