Intervention1: Valladhi Rasayanam and Sarvanga Vatha Thylam: Valladhi Rasayanam-6-12gms oral route twice daily for 12 days. Ottradam(Fomentation) with Sarvanga vatha thylam-30ml(External)for 12 days C

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neck pain 2. Radiating pain to the upper limbs 3. With or without numbness in the upper limbs 4. Giddiness and Neck Stiffness 5. Patient who are willing for admission and stay in IPD or willing to attend OPD. 6. Patients who are Willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical rib 2. Trauma 3. Spina bifida 4. Ankylosing spondylosis 5. Tuberculosis in spine 6. Cardiac disease • Other systemic illness
