Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All genders. (2) Above the age of 18 years. (3) According to international ankle consortium, (A) A history of greater than 1 ankle sprain with atleast a single significant ankle sprain. (B) A history of â??giving wayâ?? or feeling of instability that will be measured using CAIT Questionnaire with a score of less than or equal to 24. (4) More than 20 mm asymmetry on the weight-bearing lunge test for ankle dorsiflexion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of previous surgeries to the musculoskeletal structures (i.e. bones, joint structures, nerves) in either lower extremity. (2) Bilateral ankle sprain.
