Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy with gestational Diabetes mellitus unto 28 weeks gestation age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Overt diabetes Twin pregnancy pre-existing renal disease, heart disease, other chronic medical disorders Unwilling to participate

MeasureTime frame
1)Glycemic control as monitored by 4-point blood sugar profiles. (Fasting more than 95mg/dl and 2 hr post prandial more than 120 mg/dl) 2)Percentage reduction in need of insulin therapy Timepoint: At delivery
