Health Condition 1: null- Obese Child with BMI 25-35,Age ranges from 10-14years

Intervention1: triphala compound: 2 capsule(500mg capsule) thrice daily for 3 months Control Intervention1: placebo compound: wheat flour. Two capsule thrice daily for 3 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals having BMI >25(Overweight) and Grade 1 Obesity 2.Parents giving consent to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.individual 14 year 2.Grade 2,3 & Super Obese & also obesity due to endocrinal diseases. 3.Patients with other co-morbid conditions & taking antiepileptic drugs or steroids. 4.Patients/Parents not willing to participate in study.
