Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient giving consent and willing to participate. 2.All patient presenting with low backache with or without rediculopathy and suspecting degenerative disease of lumbar spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with history of acute trauma, surgical intervention, infection, tumors and tumor like conditions. 2. Patient with metalic implant. 3. Pediatric age group.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Disc degeneration. Modic changes. Disc bulge. Disc herniation. Canal stenosis. Nerve root compression. Timepoint: In middle age patient with chronic back pain more than 6 months.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain, tingling sensation in are of compressd nerve distribution.Timepoint: 1-2 year after disease start.—
