Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons providing informed consent. Free of systemic disease. Individuals with more than 20 natural teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Received any antimicrobial therapy over the past two weeks. Using any prosthetic or orthodontic appliance. Individuals having periodontal disease, five or more carious lesions requiring restorative treatment Smokers Persons refusing to provide informed consent.
