Inclusion criteria: Age not less than 30 and not greater than 70 BMDscore should be less than -1SD Having clinical features of asthi majjakhshaya(osteoporosis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group should not be less than 30 and greater than 70 Known case of hyperparathyroidism Genetic cause Patient of osteomalacia,rickets etc
