Intervention1: massage with Gomutra bhavita Sarshapa taila and Nadisvedana with Dashmoola kwatha upto 21 days: 1 part of Sarshpa Taila is boiled on mild fire and add 4 times Gomutra to it then boiling

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case of history of trauma of sacroiliac joint or region around ischial tuberosity Age 30-60 years Patients with lumber herniated disc lumber degenerative disc prolapsing intervertebral disc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unconscious patients patients with psychotic disorder patient with diabetes mellitus tuberculosis carcinoma of cauda equine etc
