Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA 1 and 2 physical status grades posted for elective surgery under General anesthesia

MeasureTime frame
1) Changes in upper airway complications between 2 groups 2)Postoperative upper airway morbidities like blood staining,sore throat,dysphagia,dysphonia,hoarseness of voice.Timepoint: 1,6,24 hours postoperatively

MeasureTime frame
Changes in Oropharyngeal leak pressures and minute volumeTimepoint: 1,5,10 and 30 minutes after insertion of supraglottic airway device intraoperatively
