Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who give informed written consent ASA physical status I or II Laparoscopic surgeries with expected duration more than or equal to 60 min and less than or equal to 120 min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 60 years ASA physical status III or higher Planned for combined general ô??» regional anaesthesia Obese patients (at least 150% of ideal body weight) Open abdominal procedures Patients with thyroid disease Dysautonomia Raynaudâ??s disease Those taking vasodilating drugs External auditory canal pathology â?? stenosis, growth, ulcers or any other pathology Patients with excessive ear wax

Percentage of people developing peri-operative hypothermia in prewarmed and control groups. 2.Percentage of people developing post-operative shivering in prewarmed and control groupsTimepoint: Perioperative hypothermia less than 36 degree C.
