Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) of mucosal type with medium to large perforation with conductive hearing loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with squamous type of CSOM CSOM with small perforation history of past ear surgery/ revision cases sensorineural hearing loss uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, other systemic illness
