Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing orthodontic tooth movement using mini implants. 2. Patients with periodontal probing depth up to 3mm. 3. Patients with no radiographic evidence of periodontal bone loss after a full â??mouth radiographic peri-apical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with periodontal problems. 2. Patients with gingival inflammation. 3. Patients with any systemic conditions. 4. Patients who have taken anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medications during the past 3 months.
