Conditions

Health Condition 1: null- Patients of both sexes of age group 40 to 60 having numbness tingling pricking and or burning sensation in palms and soles with controlled diabetic profile.

Interventions

Intervention1: atasi tail: tail extracted out from the atasi seeds are given to 20 patients in the dose of 6ml per day for 30 days Control Intervention1: triphala guggulu: tablets of triphala guggulu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having numbness burning tingling pricking sensation and pain in palms and soles with controlled blood sugar levels and taking any kind of anti diabetic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient suffering from rheumatic disease vitamin B12 deficiency any drug abuse paraneoplastic disorder any sol cerebral vascular disease parkinsonism any musculoskeletol disorder leprosy HIV other immuno compromised conditions and co morbid conditions.
