Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women of first trimester above 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant women excluding the first trimester. 2)Pregnant women with a history of thyroid disorders. 3)Pregnant women taking drugs which interfere with thyroid function.
