Intervention1: ROCURONIUM: Rocuronium 0.6mg/kg initially during induction of aneasthesia and 0.15mg/kg top up maintenance dose during duration of surgery Control Intervention1: VECURONIUM: Vecuronium

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-50 years 2. ASA Grade 1 or 2 3.Mallampati class 1 or 2. 4. Patients who underwent elective major surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to study medication 2. Mallampatti 3 and 4 3. Patent Refusal 4. Requiring Rapid Sequence Induction, GERD 5. With history of cardiovascular or renal pathologies 6. With history of neuromuscular disorders or on drugs influencing neuromuscular function 7. Pregnant patients
