Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primi gravida presenting with spontaneous labour Multigravida presenting with spontaneous labour having singleton live fetus with cephalic presentation . Dilatation of cervix less than or equal to 4cm Willing to participate in trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Intrauterine Death Multiple Pregnancy Non cephalic Presentation Fetal Anomalies trial of Labour given outside

But in simplified partograph, plotting was started with cervical dilatation of ï?³ 4 cm. Both partographs have alert and action line which is drawn 4 hrs after alert line for early prediction and management of Prolonged labour. | — |
