Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with type 2 Dabetes mellitus. patient felling burning sensation,pricking pain in the body,both extremities. Blood sugar level Fasting (110 to 200mg/dl) post prandial(220 and above)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with vitamin deficenc patient with habit of alcoholism patient unwilling to give sample
