Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients [ age > 18 years to 65 years] admitted to Surgical Trauma Critical Care unit on mechanical ventilation after 24 hours of ICU admission will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with GCS 2. The patients with unstable spine and unstable pelvic fractures 3. The patient with head injury with increased intracranial pressure and /or ICP monitor 4. Hemodynamically unstable patient on vasopressors 5. Pregnant patients 6. Patients with active bleeding
