Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients who developed post operative abdominal wound dehiscence following midline laparotomy greater than 18 years are included in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients requiring prolonged ventilation. massive ascites. patients having laparostoma. metastatic disease. patients having multi organ dysfunction. patients requiring reexploration.
