Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic or asymptomatic acral pigmentary lesions 2. Patients who give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Self induced pigmentation by means of tattoo 2. Pigmentation following injury or disease process 3. Previously treated pigmented lesions 4. Lesions on the dorsal aspect and subungual area
