Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary achalasia cardia planned for Laparoscopic Heller Cardiomyotomy Fit for general anesthesia Willng to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary Achalasia Patient not willing to participate in the study Patient not fit for general anesthesia History of previous hiatal surgery

To study the functional outcome of esophagus in terms of basal lower esophageal sphincter(LES) pressure, median integrated relaxation pressure(IRP), mean distal contractile integral(DCI) on high resolution manometry following Heller Cardiomyotomy for Achalasia CardiaTimepoint: 3-6 months,15-18 months
