Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Temperature 99 to 101 F. 2. Difficulty in breathing. 3. Dry or productive cough. 4. Willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.temperature more than 101 F. 2. fever more than 3 days. 3. typhoid. 4. malaria. 5. History of convulsions. 6. history of active primary complex. 7. history of rheumatic fever, UTI.
