Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Family members must be the primary care givers. The patient whom the family member is caring for must be 20 and above. The family member who will be interviewed should be the one who takes the patient to the mental health care centers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Family members who are second degree relative to the patient will be excluded.Family members who come to the outpatient review but still doesnâ??t know the care provided for the mentally ill patient will be excluded
