Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Low grade fever 2.Morning stiffness for more than 1 hr 3.Pain in interphalangeal joints(mainly in PIP and MCP joint) 4.Joint swelling 5.Redness 6.Arthritis of more than 3 joints 7.Loss of appetite 8.Anaemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of 1.Rheumatic fever 2.Psoriatic arthropathica 3.gouty arthritis 4.SLE 5.PSS 6.Carries spine 7.Ankylosing spondylitis 8.Tumours 9.Haemophilia 10.Pregnancy and Lactation
