Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients age ranging from 18 to 50 years. 2.Presenting with single or multiple minor Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer of less than 48 hours duration. 3.Ulcers must be in locations easily accessible for evaluation and treatment, such as the buccal mucosa, labial mucosa, floor of the mouth & tongue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and lactation. 2.History of allergies to Aloe Vera and Amlexanox. 3.Patients on Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs(NSAIDs), immune modulatory agents or systemic antibiotics. 4.Patients on any other oral topical medication. 5.Patients with bleeding disorders. 6.Patients on corticosteroid therapy. 7.Ulcers as manifestation of systemic diseases.
